Returns Policy
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your return is the result of our error—such as an incorrect or defective item—Motor City Mustang will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. Eligible items may be returned for a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers arrange and pay for return shipping, including the return shipping label, for ordinary returns. Motor City Mustang covers return shipping when the return is caused by our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. We will respond with return instructions. Please do not send an item back until you receive those instructions.
Refund Timing
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after giving the package to the return carrier, although refunds are often completed sooner. This allows time for return transit, inspection and processing, and your bank's posting time.
Shipping
Motor City Mustang currently ships to addresses in the United States only. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout based on your destination, product availability, and selected service. Some products may have shipping restrictions. When tracking is available, it will be provided after your order ships.
